[Monodroid] Preview 13 Hotfix Released

If you could, it would help if you could get the exception and 
stacktrace associated with the error.  The old stacktrace is no longer 
valid as the original offending code is gone.

This is the code that will be shipping with P14, so I would like to 
ensure it completely works.
