[Monodroid] Slow and unreliable device debugging

Are you certain that you are running 2.2? I was having significant problems
with my galaxy s with 2.1. As mentioned in previous previews (
http://monodroid.net/Releases/Previews/Preview_8), there is a problem with
Samsung's release of 2.1. I suppose it's also possible that this problem
persists to 2.2.
