[Monodroid] View onClick attribute support

Thanks for the feedback, I can certainly live without it, I just noticed it
while porting some java android apps to monodroid.

There is no way to catch the exception on the Java side then try to bind on
the .Net side?  Method missing or monkey patching?

Thanks again for looking into it, I am loving the work you guys have been
doing.
