[MonoDevelop] Application Output not scrolling by default

In a recent upgrade of MD I noticed that when I start a debugging process,
the cursor in the Application Output begins at the top and stays there as
the output window populates. I find the auto-scrolling (tailing) behaviour
useful, so I must drag the scroll bar down to the bottom every time I start
a process. Is there a setting to make the Application Output initialize to
auto scrolling / tailing mode? Thanks,
