[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop eror loading browser while staring web app

Hello!

I am trying to extend XS 6.1.5 community on OS X El Cap. and I tried to
follow the instructions here:
http://www.monodevelop.com/developers/articles/creating-a-simple-add-in/ But
"Addin Maker" is not available. Is this a restriction on the version?
