[MonoDevelop] Release date for mono 4.6.2 and fix for SSL with chain certificates

It seems that the fix for an issue with configuring SSL with chain
certificates has been added to version 4.6.1.13 on the GitHub commit:
https://github.com/mono/mono/commit/8df01216debd1c01e9582ee3d1bd598388fb6f56

However, the release 4.6.1.13 is not available with *apt-get install
mono-complete* and the source package 4.6.1.13 is not stable.

Can you please let me know the release date for 4.6.2?
