[MonoDevelop] Trouble accepting NuGet source from outside the official gallery

File not found sounds like MonoDevelop is treating the url as a directory
for some reason. I am assuming the nuget.org url works for you? You could
also try editing the ~/.config/NuGet/NuGet.Config file directly.

There is a preview of NuGet v3 support in Xamarin Studio 6.1 which is
available from the alpha update channel.
