[MonoDevelop] Updating settings from MonoDevelop 4 to 5.9

Hi everyone,

apparently MonoDevelop 4 used to use xml files for the syntax highlight
settings, but 5.9 uses json. How can I export my settings from 4 and import
them into 5.9 IDE?
