[MonoDevelop] [Monodevelop] unsubscribe

There seems to be an upsurge of failed attempts to unsubscribe lately.

As a friendly reminder to all those considering unsubscribing, sending the
text "unsubscribe" to the mailing list itself is NEVER the solution, that
goes for just about any mailing list. Instead, look at the bottom of any
mail coming via the list - there will be a link to the list information
page, on the bottom of which you will find the unsubscribe feature.
