[MonoDevelop] How to remap the Run Button [Release] on Toolbar

I've install monodevelop as part of the Unity package on my Mac. Worked fine
for Unity but I would also like to use it for standalone C# projects.

One frustration I noticed is when I run a solution with the ARROW button it
goes to "ATTACH Process" and doesn't run. I can run fine from the drop down
menu though by selecting run without debugging. How can I get the arrow to
do a "regular" run instead of attach to process?
