[MonoDevelop] Old file Formats mds / mdp

Sorry, the MD1 solution/project format is no longer supported. It has
been deprecated since MD 2.0, released in ~2009, and we decided it was
time to remove the format since it was adding maintenance overhead.
You can use any version of MonoDevelop older than 4.2.3 to migrate
your project to the MSBuild format.
