[MonoDevelop] MD 5.1 Makefile integration

I recently upgraded Monodevelop to version 5.1 and found that there is no
"Makefile Integration" option under "General" section of the project and
monodevelop  removed all makefile-relating settings from csproj file. 

What could this mean? Will monodevelop have makefile integration no more?
