[MonoDevelop] Exceptions from NGit

It took a few minutes but this started ringing bells. I hit this issue in a
different context and filed Bug
12975<https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12975>.
The suggestion to put Mono.Cecil.dll into /usr/lib/monodevelop/AddIns/
VersionControl made renaming files work again. Sounds like a bug in the
make file.
