[MonoDevelop] Trying to declare explicit interface?

I'm using MonoDevelop 4.0.1, using the previous version I had no problems
with this but now when I declare a new Interface the intellisense shows all
of my classes instead of only my interface implementors.  Is there something
I'm missing with settings or is this an upgrade error from the previous
version to this version?
