[MonoDevelop] F# AddIn not installed in MonoDevelop 5.1

I build MonoDevelop from source. Starting with 5.1, I no longer get the
FSharp binding.

If I go the fsharpbinding direction in the MonoDevelop source tree, I can
see that it builds fine. However, I cannot seem to install it. When I do a
'make install', I get the following error.

mono '/usr/src/mono/monodevelop/main/build/bin/mdtool.exe' setup pack
bin/mac-linux/Debug/FSharpBinding.dll -d:pack/5.0.3/mac-linux/Debug

MonoDevelop Add-in Setup Utility
ERROR: Could not read add-in file: bin/mac-linux/Debug/FSharpBinding.dll

The files (including FSharpBinding.dll) all seem to be there. Any ideas?

Does the 5.0.3 above have anything to do with the MonoDevelop version? Can I
just not use FSharp on MonoDevelop 5.1?
