[MonoDevelop] Is monodevelop really Xamarin Studio now?

Hi

MonoDevelop is source only https://github.com/mono/monodevelop
It is compileable and XS is based on that.

We're not providing monodevelop installers since xamarin studio includes 
100% of monodevelop. There is no reason to provide separated monodevelop 
installers. Xamarin Studio is monodevelop + some addins.
