[MonoDevelop] debugging already running process

Hi Don,

Sorry for not responding earlier...

I think this is possible for desktop apps, but not Android or iOS apps
(both Android and iOS apps need to connect back to MonoDevelop instead of
MonoDevelop connecting to them).

I don't have MonoDevelop in front of me right now, so I can't easily look
this up, but it should be in the Run -> Run With ... menu.
