[MonoDevelop] Latest MonoDevelop with Ubuntu 13.10

I have MonoDevelop version 3.0.3.2 on Ubuntu 13.10 but the option to install
D language bindings is only available on MonoDevelop 4 point something and
higher. Can someone point me towards a webpage that has install instructions
that most likely are the right ingredients in my situation?
