[MonoDevelop] TypeScript support in MonoDevelop?

Hey guys,
Quick follow up here.
We have been investigating getting Jurassic working on Mono, and today
Zoltan completed the port of Jurassic to Mono:
http://github.com/mono/jurassic
So now would be a good time to find out just how much work it is to bring
TypeScript to MonoDevelop :-)
