[MonoDevelop] AspNetEdit

AspNetEdit is abandoned. Mozilla broke the editor and embedding interfaces
and although I wanted to port it to WebKit I don't think I will ever have
time to do so.

That said, if anyone else wanted to do so I would be happy to advise.
