[MonoDevelop] Forms Designer in MonoDevelop

Well I'm a little bit surprised that since nothing has been added, even as a
MonoDevelop / Xamarin Studio addin. The author of a third party solution for
Winforms Designer only mentioned a couple of minor issues:

Does anybody know what happened?
