[MonoDevelop] monodevelop install

Make sure you have gtk# 2.12.22 installed. Anything older won't work.

git clone https://github.com/mono/gtk-sharp.git
cd gtk-sharp
git checkout -b gtk-sharp-2-12-branch origin/gtk-sharp-2-12-branch
