[MonoDevelop] Using Java libs like in Xamarin

May be this magic sometimes will be available in both worlds: Java and Mono
So that it would be possible to reference jars from MonoDevelop and IL DLLs
from Eclipse

More libraries would become available to both, and preferably with general
VMs like Oracle and Mono
