[MonoDevelop] Tabs a'la Xamarin studio

Dear Monodevelop team 

I love the new Xamarin studio design.
With Michael's H. help I was able to work on the custom window decoration and a custom toolbar to get a Mac like look.

Currently I am stuck with those custom drawn, closable "tabs" you use for the main Notebook showing documents.
I tried to find it in all possible classes "Notebook, DockNotebook, SquaredNotebook", different Tabstrip classes, but all and I could not find the way you paint it the way you do. Would you please point me to the correct class, so that I could seek an inspiration.
