[MonoDevelop] bugs impacting cross platform development

My cross platform development experience is heavily impacted by two
Mono Develop bugs.

If these could be fixed it would vastly improve my user experience.
These bugs are the single most frustrating aspect of my entire
development life. (I'm a full time professional .net developer)
