[MonoDevelop] Internationalization of Gtk#'s application

I want to make internationalization for my Gtk#'s application and I already
read  this <http://www.mono-project.com/Internationalization>   link. I can
make internationalization for any Console Application, but how to do it for
Gtk#? I tried to use 'Using Mono.Unix with Gtk# using Stetic applications'
article, but it doesn't work. Can you tell me what's wrong and how to make
localization?
