[MonoDevelop] Building Release Packages

On Mac and Windows, we only release Xamarin Studio, which is
unmodified upstream MonoDevelop with added Xamarin addins and
branding. The packaging scripts for this are proprietary.

However, you can find the old windows/mac packaging scripts inside the
MonoDevelop repository.
