[MonoDevelop] Which version of Mono Develop?

My guess is because the iOS and Android tools aren't working on Linux, 
and so there is less interest in building it than there once was. Before 
the guys were a part of Novell. Now they're a separate company with 
their own commercial/financial imperative that focuses on Windows and OS X.
