[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop for Windows?

I have Mono on Windows already but no IDE, so I wanted to download Monodevelop 
for Windows. The FAQ (q1.5) says there is a Windows installer. I went to 
http://monodevelop.com/Download and found links to download source code, Xamarin 
Studio 4.0, the .NET SDK and GTK#. I downloaded Xamarin Studio thinking that 
this must be Monodevelop (but why the different name) but it seems to be 
something for Android development.

I've googled around but everything I find takes me to the same old download 
page. Sigh. I just want something to use as an alternative to Visual Studio.

Can anyone tell me where to download the installer referred to in the FAQ please?
