[MonoDevelop] Where is the toolbar in MD 4.0

Michael,
Thanks for the link, that explains a lot. Over the last couple weeks I've
retrained my eyes and fingers to build via F7/8, now I barely skip a beat.
One thing I do miss is the visual indication that there are unsaved files.
I wonder if I am missing something?
On the unsaved files, it appears to be only for unit tests that auto save
is not working, and a bug has been filed.

Thanks for all your work the new MD really looks sharp and feels smoother.
