[MonoDevelop] C/C++ Binding Support

I find monodevelop the best IDE among Eclipse and the others as it is
pretty and lightweight, but it's C++ support is really poor.
There is someone working on C/C++ support? I'm interested in develop and
update this part of MD.
If isn't someone working on it, is the following link all tasks currently
needed for C/C++ support?
