[MonoDevelop] Where is the toolbar in MD 4.0

I just upgraded to MD 4.0 and I don't see the tool bar. I am accustomed
building by clicking the icons for build / build-all. Is it possible to add
those. Also, it seems that the automatic saving of files when building is
no longer active. Is this a bug or has this feature been disabled?
