[MonoDevelop] Mono Errors

Hi Marty,

It looks like your VB.NET project is trying to reference .NET 4.0
assemblies and MonoDevelop 2.8.6.3 does not allow that. Try referencing
.NET 2.0 or 3.5 assemblies instead.
