[MonoDevelop] How to leverage a page on monodevelop with xsp2 server

Dears,

I am new in monodevelop 2.4 and I'm needing help about how to leverage a
page on mono. Or rather, I just need to have access from outside of my
server because today I just can have the page started with
"localhost:8080". So, reiterating, how can I configure mono or xsp2 to have
the access from another browser at a different machine?
I am using debian 6.0.7
