[MonoDevelop] Cannot see form designer in MonoDevelop/Ubuntu 12.10

I just installed MonoDevelop from synaptic on Ubuntu 12.10, went to
MainWindow.cs, double-clicked it, and clicked the "Designer" button at
the bottom of the MainWindow source frame, and it worked for me.
