[MonoDevelop] Text editor problem with monodevelop 4.0

Hi

The bug is already fixed. But it's the gtk theme causing that.
Change the gtk theme in the IDE preferences (Language panel) for a work 
around.

Unfortunately it's the scheme causing the problem - we can only disable 
it :(
