[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop and Xamarin Studio

Hy!

Could you maybe explain the relationship between monodevelop and xamarin 
studio in a bit more detail, because I don't get it from the information 
provided right now. Is Xamarin Studio just a re-branding of monodoveleop or a 
commercial version with more features? Will monodevelop be continued to 
develop like it currently is?
