[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop and Xamarin Studio

We made several fixes to Gtk# which have all been committed to the
gtk-sharp-2-12 branch. I think we made them in an ABI/API compatible
way so you shouldn't need a specific version of Gtk#. However on MacOS
you need the version of Gtk+ that we ship with Mono itself as we have
many fixes to it which may not all have made it to an upstream
release.
