[MonoDevelop] Editor show no filename on tabs

Hi,

Thanks for the hint.

I tested on another machine with Xubuntu 12.04 using libcairo2 version
1.10.2 and there editor tab filenames looks to be working fine.

Xubuntu 13.10 uses version 1.12.16 of libcairo2.
