[MonoDevelop] Editor show no filename on tabs

Hello,

I would like to know, if somebody else experience this issue.

When opening project files like .aspx or .aspx.cs in the MonoDevelop editor
the filename of the file is not always shown on the editor tabs. So when
having ten open files but no filename on the editor tabs, it's hard to keep
track and switch between files.

I started getting this problem in 4.1.7 and also have it in 4.2. I'm
running Xubuntu and have tried installing MonoDevelop from two different
PPAs. I have also tried deleting different MonoDevelop conf files in my
home directory, but no lluck. Also tried installing on two different
machine, but same problem.

So far I have not been able to find this in Bugzilla as a known bug.
