[MonoDevelop] Debian Packaging of a Mono, C# Desktop Application

Sorry for my being lazy here in seemingly replying to myself so as to 
say "thanks" to you gentlemen "above" for being so supportive of my 
tutorial page on Mint's community site.  You guys know how to contact me 
if I can ever return the favor somehow...  BTW, I just uploaded a 
revised document to Scribd.  The changes mostly just address the 
problems with copying commands into the terminal from either the Scribd 
web page or from the downloaded PDF (the latter being the preferred 
approach when working through the tutorial).
