Hi theStreak,

Unfortunately, you'll find a bunch of "red necks" and "morons" within a lot
of fora!

So, by principle I promoted your tuto and added a comment to say why I did
so.

Courage.

Cheers.
Fnux.

Subject: [MonoDevelop] Debian Packaging of a Mono, C# Desktop Application

Thanks to David Lechner's suggestions (and his app's packaging which I was
able to study), I finally managed to grasp how to go about packaging my own
C# app. As a result, I created a tutorial on Scribd called "Packaging a C#
Desktop Application for Debian-based Distros"
ebian-based-Distros)
that's kind of geared towards noobs like myself, if anyone's interested.
Interestingly, yesterday, I linked to it from Linux Mint's community website
(http://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/1373)
and it's amazing how the very first people to vote on the tutorial
down-voted it (without so much as a comment), apparently due to it's
connection to Mono!
