[MonoDevelop] Does monodevelop 4+ require gtk+3?

Hi Jeff,

That helps. The documentation is about gtk-sharp and they are mentioning
gtk-3 in that context. I have pieced together what should be what is needed
to build monodevelop. These libraries, built in this order wih monodevelop
from git.

Does that look correct? Should I have to set the PKG_CONFIG_PATH?
