[MonoDevelop] Looking for examples for MonoDevelop.Components.Docking

We are evaluating tech for the use in our next project and we are looking at GTK# and using Xamarin Studio - one of the requirements is to have docking windows and I am interested in looking at the Docking framework in MonoDevelop - are there any examples that we can look at (short of lopking at the large amount of code in MonoDevelop itself) to give us some idea on how we could accomplish this?

We are experienced C# coders with experience of Windows Forms and WPF but no real experience of GTK so far, so this will need to be something fairly simple as we are just getting to grips with it all.
