[MonoDevelop] How to auto close braces in MonoDevelop

I use it now, but I think "on by default" is a *very* bad idea. It
causes far more frustration to have content there that you didn't type,
than to type content that you know your code needs anyway.
It took me quite a while to get used to MonoDevelop's "auto-bracket"
behaviour compared to Eclipse's, and I know there are others who would
just hate it as a default.
