[MonoDevelop] [MonoTouch] My MD freezes while debugging on Simulator

I have just added following text to this ticket:

The title is misleading. This also happens when debugging on the iPhone.
Monodvelop starts eating 100% and more of one of the processor cores (I even
witnessed a case where Activity Monitor reported 206,7%).

I killed MonoDevelop using the big red button of the Activity Monitor. The
resulting problem report window has been captured and is appended in a zip
file.

This is not, repeat not a 'normal' problem!

It is just completely impossible to do any debugging!

Please help!

(The problem reoprt is attached to the ticket)
