[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop 3.0.4.6/Mono 2.11.4 MVC3 Razor on Mac

I'm trying out the new MonoDevelop 3.0.4.6/Mono 2.11.4 on Max OSX 10.8.1 and trying to create a MVC3 Razor project.

Project creates just fine, however trying to run the project throws an error looking for the following assembles
.
System.Web.Helpers
	Assembly not available for Mono / .NET 4.0 (in Mono 2.11.4)

System.Web.WebPages
	Assembly not available for Mono / .NET 4.0 (in Mono 2.11.4)

Are there additional steps need to make MVC3Razor work in mlnodevelop on mac?
