[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop didn't start on Windows :(

Hello,

I'd like to give a look at MonoGame and the MonoDevelop, but the
MonoDevelop isn't working on Windows,
no erro, no warning, just nothing...
Someone have any idea of what can I do to make it work?? :(
