[MonoDevelop] TypeScript support in MonoDevelop?

Today I've been reading up on TypeScript, a superset of JavaScript designed
by Anders Hejlsberg.  The compiler is completely open-source, and available
on CodePlex.  However, right now VS2012 is the only IDE with support.

I think adding in support for MonoDevelop would be an amazing project.  I'm
wondering if anyone has given any thought to this.
