[MonoDevelop] Show GridView header when is empty

Greetings friends, I have a grid in my project in monodevelop 3.0.3.5 on
CentOS 6, but does not show me the header when the grid is empty, I
simulated the creation of the header and works great in Windows, but Linux
does not work, to be the problem, I can do to fix this?
